I have the same experience. I will never again outsource such a critical
company resource. If there is a desperate need to fix a problem, I *want*
to be the controlling factor. I don't want to be limited by somebody else's
constraints. Especially if the goal of switching was to save money ... cuz
then it means you're outsourcing *and* skimping on the cost.
