RTFM sudoers question

I have a user id on our system that is currently used for multiple
people to log in (which I don't like).
What I would like to do is to force users to log in under their own user
names, and use sudo to access this user. What I want to be able to do is
to restrict those users specifically to that user name. In the past I
have set up sudo to restrict users to certain commands, such as shutdown.=


Specifically, what I want to do is:
<some user>$ sudo -s -H -u <another user>

In the sudoers, I could set up something like:

User_Alias     FES =3D greg, andrew, matt



FES ALL =3D (genuser) ALL

Would this allow greg, andrew and matt to beable to run sudo -u genuser,
but not use sudo to become any other user or root.
