Pretty good idea:

Linksys / Cisco has a website where you can view the User Interface of
all of their router models interactively:
http://ui.linksys.com

You can find the model, and version and get the exact UI that your
friend is asking you about when they can't connect or setup their
router.

e.g. this is the E1200
