[Discuss] BLU Keysigning CAFF (CA Fire and Forget) vs bash script

No, I did not get a signed key from you. Caff(1) uses perl Mail::Mailer.
I just sent one to David using caff.

[WARN] You have set arguments to pass to Mail::Mailer.  Better fix your
MTA.  (Also, Mail::Mailer's error reporting is non existant, so it won't
tell you when it doesn't work.)

My ~/.caffrc mail-send line is:
$CONFIG{'mailer-send'} = ['smtp', Server => 'localhost' ];

Also, whoever is maintaining caff cannot spell 'existent'

Question for our resident Perl monger. Can you take a look at .caffrc
and see if you can come up with a solution.
