[Discuss] apache server

well, browsing the web somewhere (and i forget where), it
was suggested that i touch /.autorelabel and reboot.

i did that and now all is well.  thank you all for your
suggestions.

now, all i need to do is get my cgi scripts working again.
life is hard.
