Classic Theme Restorer also has options to enable/disable:

OMTC/hanging tabs Issue
Search appearance
Developer Edition Theme
Preferences in tab
Reader mode
Pocket feature

All of these are on the same Advanced tab as Calling and conversation 
(Hello).
