[Discuss] How to permanently remove Linux package from installation

giflib and imlib2 are image-related, so I kept those installed.
python2-pyxdg is related to freedesktop.org, so I also kept that one.
In removing openbox-libs (which was still installed), dnf also wanted to
remove obconf, which is a graphical configuration editor for openbox.
That was also removed with openbox-libs, so I hope this takes care of
the issue.
