[Discuss] WikiSpaces is closing

Hi guys,

I didn't realize that the BLU wiki is hosted at wikispaces.  Obviously
wikispaces is shutting down so people are scrambling to find alternatives.

I'm the developer of QualityBox <https://QualityBox.us> which is a
full-featured MediaWiki system for enterprise users. I'd be glad to
transfer and host the BLU wiki.
