[Discuss] caff(1) failing on Fedora 30

Is anyone else having trouble running caff(1) to sign keys?

I installed it from the package signing-party-1.1.4-23.1.noarch in the RPM
Sphere repo. When I run it, it immediately gives the error

> Can't use 'defined(@array)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?)
at /bin/caff line 599.
