I use an Avantree audio adapter connected to the optical output on my TV.
Certainly your laptop has built in bluetooth. The Avantree can operate as
either a transmitter or receiver. I've connected it to my headphones and
earbuds. You have to press a button to pair, but normally when I turn on
the headphones to watch tv, they connect.
