Yes. There are a whole *lot* of features in that product. I'm assuming 
the rules I deleted didn't make sense to me because they didn't make 
sense in isolation, but were part of firewall rules and VPN stuff and 
tricking phone hotspots to not be detected as in hotspot use and who 
knows what else.
