I don't think Debian still missing ZFS.

Looking in the package list on my laptop I see 9 different packages with 
names that start "zfs", including "zfs-initramfs", suggesting it can be 
a boot file system. I have played with ZFS, I think installing the OS 
itself on a ZFS volume.
