[NVRG] Potter Picnic 8/25/18 Update

Tomorrow is the picnic at Bill Potter's home! The weather forecast looks fantastic. A list of the picnic attendees from both clubs is attached for your review. If your name does not appear on the list, please notify me ASAP by email or call 703-281-6282.
Attached is a map and driving instructions provided by Bill Potter.

Picnic details from Bill Potter:
   
   - The picnic begins at 12:00 Noon. 
   - Bill assures me that you can stay as long as you wish (No overnight camping). 
   - Willard's Barbecue will be served at 1:00 PM
   - Please bring your beverage of choice and a dessert or favorite side dish to share. 
   - Bill has a limited number of chairs so please bring folding chairs.
   - Bill has a large mowed field next to the garage for parking vintage vehicles - please follow the signs. Modern iron will park up by the road, a short walk away.
   - Bill's home is located on the VA/MD border near the American Legion bridge. As Bill stated in an earlier email, "I'm back in the bushes on 5 acres but none of it is visible from the road so when you get close, look for the balloons."
