[BLU/Officers] Replacing my smoke alarms

Good news! I've replaced most of my smoke alarms. I purchased the exact
same model I was replacing, to ensure I could use the same mounting ring
that was already installed in the ceilings; just unplug the old device and
plug in the new one.

After I replaced the one in the first floor foyer and the one in the second
floor hallway, I still heard two of them chirping. Turned out there was
another smoke alarm at the bottom of the stairwell to the attic. I just
replaced that one a few minutes ago, and now the one in the attic is the
only one still chirping. I have its replacement ready, I just can't reach
the ceiling in the attic.

I asked my nephew Joey for help, and he agreed to come by sometime this
week with a stepladder to swap in the replacement. Once that's completed,
the chirping will finally be gone.
