[BLU/Officers] Instalfests?

Glenn Hoffman offered to arrange access for us at UMass/Boston to hold
InstallFests like we used to at MIT, but we need to give him a firm date
before he puts in the request.

I'm thinking we aim for four times a year like we used to do, starting in
April. Saturdays in April include the 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th.

What do the rest of you think? Assuming April is good, does anyone have
conflicts on any of those dates?
