[BLU/Officers] InstallFest in January

[John Abreau]

We previously decided to hold the next InstallFest in January. Let's choose
the day.

Basec on our experiences in September, it appears that parking would be
better on a Saturday than on a weekday. So let's go with a Saturday.

There are five Saturdays in January:

   * Saturday, January 3, 2026
   * Saturday, January 10, 2026
   * Saturday, January 17, 2026
   * Saturday, January 24, 2026
   * Saturday, January 31, 2026

Does anyone have conflicts for any of these dates?
