[BLU/Officers] Test without DKIM or DMARC

This is a test of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC forblu.org.

Previously I found a DMARC test site thatkept saying our SPF record was 
broken, when it looked fine to me. I couldn't figure out what was 
wrong with it.

Then I commented out the DKIM and DMARC lines from the zone file, then 
tested again. Without DKIM and DMARC, the SPF record passes the SPF test.

This message is to see whether Gmail rejects it.
