[BLU/Officers] September BLU meeting video posted

[John Abreau]

I finished editing and posting the BLU meeting video.

My first two attempts failed with a corrupted render. It turned out
Jerry's jitsi window was resized a couple seconds after recording began,
and the video tools failed badly on the changing resolution.

For the third and final attempt, I chopped off about 10 seconds from the
beginning of the video file before processing it, and after that it
rendered correctly.
