[BLU/Officers] Slides and notes for September BLU Notes

Thanks, Bill. I've uploaded the pdf, generated the flipbook from it, and
made the other corrections you pointed out.

The flipbook has a control in its lower right corner with three buttons:
1-up, 2-up, and thumbnails of all pages.
