Hi, Jerry.

I installed Ubuntu Server on my mini server box, an HP EliteDesk 800 Mini.
I'm planning to install a Jitsi Meet server on it to see what additional
capabilities it has over the public access server we've been using thus far.

I'm hoping I can get it to record the meetings directly on the server, and
at a decently high resolution. It should also be possible to record the
chat log automatically so I won't have keep copying and pasting the text
into vi.

If it works well, I'd like to rebuild Sugarloaf with Ubuntu Server so we
have the option of running our own private Jitsi instance.

What are your thoughts?
