[BLU/Officers] Ideas for upcoming BLU meetings

I'm seeing a lot of chatter about new online age verification legislation
that could pose an existential threat to the Linux community. It might be
an interesting topic if we can find a knowledgeable speaker to discuss it.

What are your thoughts? Any ideas for finding a good speaker on this topic?
