[BLU/Officers] DMARC test for BLU.ORG

I played around with DMARC and DKIM last night, and I think I've gotten
most of it straightened out.

It turned out we needed separate DKIM keys for subdomains. Mailman sends
its traffic with an envelope address of "lists.blu.org", so the DKIM for "
blu.org" didn't cover it. I had to add a DKIM key for lists.blu.org.

This message is to test how the mailing lists were affected by the changes.

If you're seeing this message in a Gmail or Comcast inbox, that means the
changes were successful.

There's also an issue with the lack of a DNS PTR record. I've emailed our
colo helpdesk about the issue, and hopefully they'll get the record
added to their DNS soon.
