I wrote to Senator Kerry and unlike others, I never received a 
response.  I take that to mean that he is pro-foreign labor.  On the 
other hand, he recently started acting up against the new overtime pay 
changes so maybe he hasn't formulated a policy yet.  There are other MA 
politicians that are against it.
