Free wifi at the airport?

One problem I have with Massport and government authorities in general,
is that they look strictly at costs and revenue. 
As an example, the Turnpike Authority still charges for Fast Lane
transponders. If they converted that to a deposit that could be reduced
by the tolls paid, they would increase the number of Fast Lane users
and possibly the number of people who pay the tolls. Additionally,
they could do what other states have done and make all lanes accept the
transponders. 

In the same light, Massport currently has their own wifi at Logan that
they charge for. Massport could then solicit some advertising. Instead
of paying, they could do what some of the roadside motels do, require
a registration, but keep it otherwise free. The registration could
include commercials. The infrastructure is already in place. They could
also provide some Logan specific services.
