It's entirely relevant to your statement that "Apple won't let the company release it because it competes with Apple's own Safari browser."  Apple has, as of this writing, to the best of my knowledge, NEVER rejected Opera.  You can dislike the App Store, and I can't stop that, but please don't use FUD to justify it.  And have the decency to admit that it is FUD when called on it.
