[HH] Huntron Tracker

Hello Hardware Hackers, 
   Anyone here had experience with a Huntron Tracker? A Marine recommended it as troubleshooting equipment, and he picked my curiosity.  Seems rahter expensive to purchase new, and not found a good used unit in a price worth indulging my curiosity.

  Suggestions and clues highly appreciated.
