[HH] Soldering tutorial

Here's a basic tutorial on soldering:

I'm sure there are better tutorials online, but this one does cover many
of the basics, and for someone who is apprehensive about trying it out,
does show that it is easy.

The host is rather novice himself (which perhaps helps on the last
point). His component placement technique on the practice PCB was
horribly sloppy, but aside from that I didn't notice any glaringly bad
advice.

It does cover things like how to avoid making cold solder joints, and
warnings not to use plumbing solder.
