Yup, thought of that.
A 10' length of PVC gutter is only about $5, which is as cheap or
cheaper than a 4" x 10' PVC pipe, and less work.
The problem with either is that you need to cut into them to create
cable drops. Certainly doable, but not as neat as a PVC conduit with
slots, or a wire grid.
