Never heard of them. Looks like they sell a bit of everything. They bill
themselves as "your factory-direct online retail shop of consumer
electronics."

About page says, "UXCell is a Factory-Direct e-Commerce platform based
in Hong Kong. ... Directly linked with over 100 factories in China, this
is your avenue to steal a bargain right on the shop floor of a factory."

They sound exactly the same as dealextreme.com.

E-commerce + heavily subsidize postage seems to be fueling a boom in
China-to-global-consumer retailing.

For a hobbyist or low-volume buyer, sites like this seem like they'd be
far easier to deal with than the traditional windows into Chinese
manufacturing, like alibaba.com, where you have to write to request a
quote and pay by letter of credit.

Probably the usual...low cost Chinese imports, which will vary in quality.

Looks like the manufacturer is Smuk. Looks like these guys:

As one of the famous pneumatic component manufacturers in China,
our company has been a multimodal enterprise that has integrated
development, manufacture, service and trade since our factory was
  founded.

If they are as well known as they claim, shouldn't be hard to dig up
some reviews.

It says it can handle steam, but interesting it makes no mention of
temperature range, which would make me a bit leery. If it was purely a
metal device, that may be a reasonable thing to do, but it has a plastic
shroud around the solenoid, and probably has some plastic seals (which
might be Teflon).
