In the good 'ol days, Eli Heffron in Cambridge. I thought they went out
of business, but looks like they still have a presence:

I guess it was just the old Hampshire Street location that closed down.
Looks like they have a bigger warehouse location around the corner.

In any case, they deal only with computer hardware now, mostly used Sun
equipment.


Craigslist is probably your best bet, along with a mention on the
Artisan Asylum discuss list, where free and for sale items appealing to
maker types are often mentioned.
