Well, that is an ARM Cortex-A53 board... in the enterprise world I doubt
you could use anything less than Cortex-A57... there are lots of benchmarks
on the HiKey 96Boards consumer edition model (another A53 variant) that
proves it's unsuitability to the server market... not sure if that is the
chip or the board talking but it is miles away from even 4-core A57
performance...

(note : these benchmarks were run before CUDA for JTX1 was released, and
L4T still doesn't support more than 4 cores...)
