[BLU/Officers] Setting up multiboot thumb drives for installfest

I'm setting up a multiboot thumb drive for the installfest, and I'd like
opinions about Ubuntu.

The latest release of Ubuntu is 15.04, but I'm thinking it may make sense
to stick with the LTS release, which is currently 14.04.2.

What are your thoughts?
