[BLU/Officers] political correctness flame war on Discuss makes BLU and Linux look bad

I agree that Pieri has been caustic and confrontational. I remember my
first bizarre encounter with him, when I had suggested it might be useful
for us to get our hands on a system with UEFI and actually test it before
an InstallFest to see whether there were any issues we needed to be aware
of, and Pieri launched into a lengthy diatribe where he repeatedly declared
that that was an absolutely horrible idea.

I never could figure out why he was so adamantly opposed to the concept of
testing something in advance.
