[BLU/Officers] Speaker / Topic idea - BPF Tracing

With coming release of Linux kernel 4.1 with BPF tracing, we should ask
Brendan Gregg if he's coming to Boston in the next 12 months ( OTHER than
the first week of December when he'll probably be here ) ... and if not,
recruit someone else to cover this topic.
