[BLU/Officers] Next installfest

Sounds good to me. Presumably this means booking both dates now, then
canceling March if we're not snowed out in February?

I just did a search on google maps, and it shows two public libraries in
Natick: the Morse Institute Library and the Bacon Free Library. Which one
are we looking at?
