[BLU/Officers] Next installfest

Those dates were for the first of the Natick Installfests.

We discussed the Installfests after last month's BLU meeting and
tentatively decided on an experiment where we'll hold 6 Installfests in
2018: 3 in Natick in conjunction with Dick Miller's group, for those who
drive, and 3 in conjunction with the MIT Flea Market, for those who take
the MBTA.

We don't have a schedule yet for the MIT Flea Market, and it may make sense
to adjust the schedule to accommodate the Watertown Hatch Makerspace.

We traditionally don't schedule the next Installfest until after the
previous one is complete, so at this point the overall 2018 Installfest
plan is not set in stone.  We do have the one in Natick on February 10
already confirmed, though.

Perhaps we can consider trying the Makerspace instead of the MIT Flea for
April or May, or for a subsequent Installfest in July or August after the
one at the MIT Flea in April or May. I do like the idea of exploring
additional options before settling in to a new normal.

What does everyone else think of this?
