[BLU/Officers] Meeting time

A couple of things
First, should we restore meeting time back to 7PM.

Second, I have a contact at the Smithsonian group that is tracking Chandra.
I gave asked Brandon Vogel to see if one of his coworkers might be
interested to speak. Also I asked Federico to contact Jonathan McDowell to
see if he would be interested. The Chandra people work art Draper in
Kendall Sq.
