[BLU/Officers] Confirmation of rooms for BLU meetings, Jan..May 2018

I've received confirmation of our meeting rooms through May.

We're in E51-315 for January, but none of our preferred rooms on the third
floor were available for February through May, so for those months we're on
the first floor in E51-145.

I've added them o the calendar as unconfirmed. We're still looking for
speakers and topics, especially for January.
