[BLU/Officers] Red Had Summit

Years past we did a joint BLU-GNU:LUG booth in the Community zone of Linux
World.
That ship has sailed ... so should we do same at Red Hat Summit ?

(I'd be happy to contribute Boston.pm' good name to the cause too, that
might even get us an additional volunteer.)
