I have conflicts both days also.
 12.01 is a 24 hour function that is optional and I can pick and choose but
12.08 is pretty much same hours, so I'd prefer 12.01 for installfest.
Getting a little late to nail either down though?

Is next back at E51 now that we have parking again?
