[BLU/Officers] When is the next Installfest?

JABR asked Kurt to get the parking resolved. We are not 100% comfortable
with the current situation. Additionally, they need to pave the parking lot
and I don't want to schedule an installfest on a paving day.

Dave at the Natick library likes the installfests and we can contact him
and get a list of dates.
