Saw same.
Our PHP still doesn't find it howeer.

I noticed the server had a lot of Proxy fails.
I think --send-key worked fine with my deadline-extended RSA4096 but I'm
not sure ...
I got one message that my life-extended RSA key was appearing as revoked ...
