Density of backup to tape with 'tar'

Hi all,

I'm using the tar command to backup my drives to a Connor TapeStor 4000
(SCSI, 2gb native). Does anyone know what the default media density is for
either the tar command or a streaming tape device? You can apparently
specify something like "-0[lmh]" as an argument, and it will archive to
the /dev/rmt0 device with low, medium or high density (but I'm not using
any argument for drive or density).

Thanks,
Eric Hansen
