missing 64 MB RAM

I have a Dell OptiPlex GXpro (200 MHz Pentium Pro) with 128 MB of
memory.  Just installed Redhat 4.2, and it reports that the machine only
has 64 MB.  What can I do to get the remaining memory to appear?
