> I have a Dell OptiPlex GXpro (200 MHz Pentium Pro) with 128 MB of > memory. Just installed Redhat 4.2, and it reports that the machine only > has 64 MB. What can I do to get the remaining memory to appear? There's a setting you need to put into lilo.conf. Add the following line somewhere at the top of the file before the first image: append="mem=128M" If you don't tell it how much RAM you've installed, it has to read the BIOS, and the BIOS only has enough bits in this field to report the first 64M. -rich
