I totally concur. We should retain restricted posts. Restricting posts to
list members virtually eliminates SPAM posted to the list as well as mail
loops from awful email programs like CC:[no]Mail. 

One problem that we have in this version of Majordomo is that administrivia
filtering is applied to the subject line, regardless of the administrivia
setting in the configuration file. This is even worse in that someone sends
email with the word, help in the subject and the whole message bounces.
