It figures that the weekend I want to install linux for the first time, I left the Redhat manual at work. ;) In any case, I'm installing redhat 5.2 sparc/linux now and am very impressed. Once I quit out of the solaris boot, I just needed to perform a "b cdrom" and the installation program began to recognize all my hardware! I hope the rest of the install continues to go this smooth. I'm formatting the 2gig drive now. Does anyone else run linux on sparcs?
