Mailing Lists - Majordomo

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone out there has any knowledge of Majordomo. 
I "sucessfully installed" it but it does not work like it's supposed to, i.e. the 
subscribe and unsubscribe features. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
