Hi, Is there someone here with a cable modem willing to loan it out for about half an hour for testing purposes. Our SA, who's a good friend, wants to test out a tunneling solution on NT before he goes to Canada with it, where he'll be stuck if things go wrong. (He's also our UNIX/Linux/AS400 administrator.) We'll have to come over to someone's house this weekend to try this out though. It's an inconvenience, I know. Hopefully there will only be a minor disturbance to the internal network; it is my understanding is that cable modems are usually external, with n RJ-45 interface to an internal NIC card. Most people probably have a second NIC and are IP masquerading their internal network. We'll bring the drinks =) (...and NT box and laptop) Thanks, -- -==- Kuan Lee - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
