Problem with pthreads under RedHat 6.1

This sounds to me as if libpthread is looking for a specific version of
glibc, glibc2.0.  Have you upgraded it to glibc2.1?  Try a 'rpm -q glibc'
to determine.  If it's > 2.0, you might try upgrading your pthreads.
